Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Course Access
Once registration is completed and payment is successfully made, students will receive access to the course and related learning materials.
The start of the course is considered as the day on which the first class of the course was conducted.
2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
If a student does not wish to continue the course, they must inform AlgoUniversity within 21 days from the course start date.
In such cases:
- The student will be eligible for a refund.
- The refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges.
- If opted for a refund within 21 days of the start of the course, the refund is expected to be processed within 2 months from the course start date.
- The reflection of the refunded amount in the customer's account is expected within T+7 business days, where T is the date on which the refund was processed.
Refund requests raised after 21 days from the course start date will not be considered.
3. Lock-in Policy
If a student chooses to continue the course beyond 21 days and completes the payment (where applicable), the student will be considered fully enrolled in the program.
After this period:
- The enrollment will be locked.
- No cancellation requests will be accepted.
- No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If the request is made after 21 days from the course start date.
- If the student has continued the course beyond the 21-day period.
- If the student voluntarily discontinues the course after the lock-in period.
