Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Course Access

Once registration is completed and payment is successfully made, students will receive access to the course and related learning materials.

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

If a student does not wish to continue the course, they must inform AlgoUniversity within 21 days from the course start date.

In such cases:

  • The student will be eligible for a refund.
  • The refund amount will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges.

Refund requests raised after 21 days from the course start date will not be considered.

3. Lock-in Policy

If a student chooses to continue the course beyond 21 days and completes the payment (where applicable), the student will be considered fully enrolled in the program.

After this period:

  • The enrollment will be locked.
  • No cancellation requests will be accepted.
  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the request is made after 21 days from the course start date.
  • If the student has continued the course beyond the 21-day period.
  • If the student voluntarily discontinues the course after the lock-in period.
